I created a suite of hyper-targeted videos that reached a specific ‘rejecter’ audience based on their online behaviours and convinced them that updating your energy meter is merely a normal part of British progress.

Research showed that our uncompromising rejecters turned into open-minded advocates and agreed that ‘analogue meters are out-of-date and need updating’ and ‘smart meters are an important part of British progress’
